Our Team

Each relocation Blake & Sons performs is as unique as the family being relocated. To meet the distinct and individual needs of each family, we at Blake & Sons have a dedicated network of team members ready to assist you in the various areas of your move.

The Estimator

The relocation process begins with an estimate. At Blake & Sons all of our estimates are provided free of charge and at no obligation.

The Coordinator

You may never meet your relocation coordinator face-to-face however you will work closely with them throughout the duration of your move. Your coordinator will ensure that everyone involved in your move is informed of what they need to do in order to complete your move safely, timely and with as little stress for you as possible.

The Foreman

You will meet the foreman on the day of your move. Your relocation foreman will introduce himself to you and serve as a working supervisor for the crew. The foreman is an experienced mover who will be able to answer any logistical questions you have regarding proper moving techniques and the safety of your shipment.

The Crew

The relocation crew is made up of the men that will do the heavy lifting involved in your move. Depending on the size of your shipment your crew could be as few as two men or as large as twenty. Every member of your crew is a full-time employee of Blake & Sons and as such has been trained to properly pack, wrap and protect the contents of you home before placing them safely into the moving truck.

The Driver

The driver of the moving truck is responsible for safely transporting your belongings to your new destination. All of our drivers have received extra training and special certification in order to operate and transport goods in the moving trucks.

Warehouse Staff

You may never meet a single warehouse staff member, but rest assured if your belongings are in storage with us, they are receiving white-glove treatment.
