Frederick Community College (FCC)
Known as Frederick County’s “leader in workforce training,” this community college offers classes for more than 16,000 annual students seeking an associate’s degree, a transfer bachelor’s degree program, or continuing higher education and certificates. More than 85 programs of study include the following:

Mount St. Mary’s University (MSMU)
This private college in Emmitsburg, Maryland, is 210 years old. Located in the rural, mountainous area of Frederick County, Mount St. Mary’s offers 40 undergraduate majors and more than 35 minors, including the following areas of study:
