for Declaration of Valuation:
Option A
Contractor Maximum Liability
This coverage is provided at no additional charge. Each article
is covered for 60 cents per pound or $50.00 per article, whichever
isless, in the event of loss or damage. A deductible of $100.00
applies to all claims.
Option
B
Replacement Value (Full Replacement Cost)
The value of this coverage must be assessed at a minimum of
$4.00 per pound. Upon determining a value, multiply that figure
by the deductible options below. This figure is the cost of
your policy. The minimum value is $15,000 or $4.00 per pound,
whichever is greater.
$0 Deductible: 85 cents per $100 of value
$100 Deductible: 67 cents per $100 of value
$250 Deductible: 40 cents per $100 of value
Attention:
Permanent Storage Customers
The
above options are available for the transportation of your household
belongings in and out of storage. However, for your coverage
to be continued while your effects are in storage, it is required
that 10% of your monthly storage rate be assessed against your
account.
